Harefield Barn is owned by Jamie & Anika, a hospitality couple with over a decade of experience in the industry

Jamie and Anika took over Harefield Barn in 2025 from its founders Deborah and Robert, who are now enjoying a well deserved retirement. They wanted to keep all the things that made Harefield so special, while slowly adding a few new ideas. Anika specialises in people. She loves a chat, and so many of our reviews mention her sunny personality. Jamie is a calm presence in the background, keeping things moving, organised, but fun. They both have a genuine passion for making the wedding experience truly memorable, both for our couples and their guests.

Honorata Austin - Event Manager & Wedding Co-Ordinator

Ricky Littley - General Manager

Honorata is an experienced wedding professional who has managed hundreds of weddings at various prestigious venues around Devon. She is incredibly organised, hard working, and passionate about making your wedding day come off without a hitch.

Ricky is in charge of all the small details at Harefield which you don’t necessarily see, but things would soon fall apart without him. Beer out? Ricky’s ordered it. Door broken? Ricky’s fixing it. Plumbing leak the day before a wedding? He already sorted that.

We’re supported by a range of amazing people, from our team of friendly bar staff and waitresses to our fantastic self-employed wedding co-ordinators who help make your wedding wonderful when Honorata isn’t available – Lily Ashton and Natalie Hyland.

We are super proud of our fantastic team here, and we just know your guests will love them on your wedding day.
