We’re delighted to announce a brand new price for the months of February, March, October and November here at Harefield Barn.
We don’t really like to call this ‘off-season’, as in our minds the Barn and its grounds can be every bit as beautiful at any time of the year! However, we also realise that the months of February, March, October and November are just not as popular with many couples, and as our summer diary fills up quickly, we’d love to encourage you to think about having your wedding during these less busy months.

There are lots of other reasons why Harefield Barn is perfect during this time, and here are just some of them …
-
- The weather – we’ve had plenty of beautiful outdoor ceremonies in March and October! Well yes, the weather may not be quite as good, but this is England after all, so you’ll be taking pot-luck on that regardless of when you get married!
- A beautiful dedicated ceremony room. There is space in The Tallet for up to 100 people so there is simply no compromise when it comes to having an indoor ceremony.
- Lots of space to spread. With our large bar and gallery, as well as the Main Hall, of course, there are plenty of different areas where your friends and family can relax and enjoy your day.
- Warm and Inviting. With underfloor heating downstairs and plenty of radiators upstairs, not to mention the wood burning stove in the bar, Harefield Barn can be kept beautifully warm and cosy whatever the weather.
- Atmosphere a-plenty! I think one of my favourite times of day in the Barn is as it starts to get ‘dimpsey’ (now that’s a good old fashioned South West word for you!). In other words, that period just before dusk when the fairy lights are twinkling and the lights in The Clock House and under the lime tree come into their own. The perfect time of year to have giant lanterns and loads of candles as part of your decoration.
- Cooler evenings – well yes… but who doesn’t love to wrap up in a blanket and toast some marshmallows around the fire pit?
- Climate change?! We can’t guarantee it, of course, but we’ve had some simply stunning Autumns recently, and whether that’s down to climate change or something else, it certainly seems you’d be more likely to hit on a beautiful day!
And the biggest incentive of all? Well needless to say – that would be the price, so for weekends during those four months our price is now £5,500 inclusive of VAT and a fully staffed and stocked bar.
If you’d like to come and take a look for yourself – just get in touch and we look forward to welcoming you.
